Chandler Health Care Center is located in a highly competitive and saturated market. In order to stand out in this crowded environment, a cosmetic renovation of resident rooms and common areas was undertaken to maximize the budget’s impact. The objectives were twofold: enhance the facility’s marketability among prospective residents and families while improving the daily experience for current residents. The goal for Invacare Interior Design: nothing less than turning a circa 1990 interior into something to take your breath away.
